Church Retreat 2026

Join us October 2–4, 2026 at Stillwood Camp for our annual Fall Retreat with guest speaker Gordon T. Smith. This year's theme, "Vocation Across the Ages," invites us to reflect on God's calling throughout every season of life and how we can encourage one another to discern it faithfully.Come enjoy a meaningful weekend of worship, fellowship, biblical teaching, rest, and growing together in Christ as a church family.

We are so excited to welcome you to Stillwood Conference Centre! Please take a moment to read through the information below so you can make the most of this special weekend.

    • Bedding (sleeping bag or linens) and pillow

    • Towel

    • Toiletries

    • Fall-weather clothing and shoes for outdoor activities

    • Board games and sports equipment

    • Bible, notebook, and pen

    • Toys for kids

    • Rain gear (hopefully not needed!)

    • Hat

    • Flashlight

    • Travel mug/water bottle

    • Vocation Costume

  • Address: 44005 Watt Road Lindell Beach, BC, V2R 4X9

    From Vancouver (approximately 2 hours)

    • Travel east on the No. 1 Highway toward Abbotsford / Chilliwack

    • Take Exit 104 – No. 3 Road towards Yarrow Cultus Lake

    • Turn right onto Tolmie Road

    • Turn left on No. 3 Road again

    • Turn left at the 3-way stop onto Yarrow Central Road.  This becomes Vedder Mountain Road

    • At Cultus Lake Road, turn right

    • Follow along on Cultus Lake Road, past the lake

    • Turn left onto Frost Road (watch for a large sign to go left up steep hill towards Stillwood)

    • Follow the winding road for approximately 2 km until, you will see a row of mailboxes and the Stillwood sign.  Turn left here, onto Watt Road

    • Stillwood Camp is situated at the end of Watt Road.

    • Check in at the large Gazebo beside the Dining Hall

  • Some activities have limited spots, so sign up early! Click HERE to sign up in advance for wall climbing, the racquet workshop, art station, Ride for Refuge Hike, Croquet Tournament, and Vocation Time Machine.
