English Plus
Our English program is more than just English –
it is a place where you can meet new friends, enjoy lessons and have conversations with English-speaking teachers and volunteers, and become more confident in your day-to-day living in this beautiful city of Vancouver.
You will gain new skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Sometimes special events and field trips are offered. As part of our class time, we will do many of the following: read the Bible, learn a poem, learn the lyrics and music to a song, learn about seasonal celebrations, and more.
We want to share our language and culture with you!
We have two levels of classes:
Beginner Level Class
Fee: $30per term (approximately)
Book fee: To be determined, but approximately $40-60
Fall Term: September 16 – November 19, 2026
Intermediate Level Class
Fee: $60 per term (approximately)
Bookfee: To be determined, but approximately $40-60
Students attend both Part 1 and Part 2 of their classes each week. Choose either the Beginner Level or Intermediate Level, and attend your level on Wednesday (Part 1) and Thursday (Part 2).
