Nut/Allergy Awareness: As a community, we recognize that many individuals have allergies and sensitivities to certain foods, including nuts and other life threatening allergens. In order to create a safe and inclusive environment in potluck, we are implementing a policy that all dishes brought to the potluck must be clearly labeled with all ingredients, including potential allergens. We also request that attendees who bring dishes containing nuts or other allergens to consider choosing an alternative dish/ingredient to ensure that everyone can enjoy the potluck without fear of an allergic reaction. Additionally, we encourage all attendees to wash their hands and any serving utensils thoroughly before handling food to prevent cross-contamination. By working together to implement these guidelines, we can create a welcoming and safe environment for all members of our community to enjoy our potluck. We appreciate your care on this matter!
